Hi, I'm Ali

Born and raised in Worcestershire, UK, with the stunning Cotswolds' right on my doorstep. 

I spent my university days in Portsmouth, before a move to London to pursue a career in TV and Film Production. Things took a slight pivot and I somehow found myself editing puzzle magazines for a living instead. After a few years in the city, home was calling me and that's where I made my first step into the Events industry. 

Now, after over a decade of working for corporate agencies, with my primary focus for the past several years being venue sourcing — I saw a gap. Not in spaces, but in the way people found them. The process was often rushed, overwhelming, and transactional.

So I chose a different path. I started Venues&Beyond to offer a more considered, personal approach — working closely with fewer clients to deliver sourcing that’s sharp, seamless, and hopefully exceptional.
