I enjoy throwing myself into learning new things, whether it be a new application that's used, understanding a client and their processes, or even teaching myself how to build a website...Take this one for example. I know it's basic, and the design may not be perfect, but I figured it out and learnt new things along the way.

Managing dedicated events inboxes, and responding to customer queries.
